Shipping

  • FREE shipping is available on all orders, regardless of order amount or destination.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Latvian public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Orders are being shipped with Omniva.

Delivery Times

  • Latvia: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • Other countries: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on courier operations or external factors.

Returns

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping at LINDA ERIKA BEAUTÉ. That’s why we offer flexible return options:

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

  • In accordance with Latvian consumer protection law, you have the right to return any product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

  • Returned items must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for purchase.

60-Day Extended Guarantee

  • In addition to the legally required 14-day withdrawal period, we offer a 60-day extended return option if you are not satisfied with the results.

  • In this case, refunds will also be issued for opened and used products.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@lindaerikabeaute.com and provide your order number.

  2. You will receive instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • If your order is lost in transit or never delivered, we will arrange a replacement shipment or provide a full refund.
